Roles and the operations they carry.

Operation	Auth	Purpose
GET /api/v1/roles	Bearer + DPoP	List every role.
POST /api/v1/roles	Bearer + DPoP	Create a role carrying a set of operations.
GET /api/v1/operations	Bearer + DPoP	List every operation id the key server knows, with names.
PUT /api/v1/roles/{id}	Bearer + DPoP	Rename a role, replace its operation set, or both.
DELETE /api/v1/roles/{id}	Bearer + DPoP	Remove a role.
